Return Eligibility

AutoGrab Global accepts returns on eligible in-stock items located in Trinidad within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Parts must be unused
  • Parts must remain in original packaging
  • Items must not be damaged or installed
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Special order items
  • Custom ordered components
  • Electrical and electronic parts
  • Installed or used parts
  • Opened items not in original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by AutoGrab Global.

Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

Approved returns may be eligible for:

  • Refund
  • Replacement
  • Store credit

Approval is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Warranty Policy

Genuine / OEM Parts

Eligible Genuine and OEM parts may qualify for a limited 3-month warranty under the following conditions:

  • Installed by an approved professional workshop
  • Approved by our warranty department
  • Warranty claim inspection completed before replacement approval

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns to Miami.

Used Parts

Used parts are sold as-is and carry no warranty unless otherwise stated.

Performance Parts

Performance parts are intended for off-road or performance use where applicable and carry no warranty unless specified by the manufacturer.
