Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
AutoGrab Global accepts returns on eligible in-stock items located in Trinidad within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Parts must be unused
- Parts must remain in original packaging
- Items must not be damaged or installed
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Special order items
- Custom ordered components
- Electrical and electronic parts
- Installed or used parts
- Opened items not in original condition
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by AutoGrab Global.
Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
Approved returns may be eligible for:
- Refund
- Replacement
- Store credit
Approval is subject to inspection upon receipt.
Warranty Policy
Genuine / OEM Parts
Eligible Genuine and OEM parts may qualify for a limited 3-month warranty under the following conditions:
- Installed by an approved professional workshop
- Approved by our warranty department
- Warranty claim inspection completed before replacement approval
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns to Miami.
Used Parts
Used parts are sold as-is and carry no warranty unless otherwise stated.
Performance Parts
Performance parts are intended for off-road or performance use where applicable and carry no warranty unless specified by the manufacturer.
