- Responsibility of ensuring parts are fitted to your vehicle in the correct way lies with the customer, we highly recommend using a reputable shop.
- Responsibility of all shipping and processing fees lies with the customer for parts warranty. All parts will need to be returned to us in Florida by the customer and then inspected when received at our facilities for warranty approval.
- AutoGrab Global takes no responsibility if a VIN specific part is incorrect due to the vehicle being altered or vehicle being built for a different market.
- AutoGrab Global is not responsible for downtime, damage incurred, or labor cost etc. associated with replacement or removal of any parts.
- Special order parts cannot be returned.
- All in stocked parts have a 20% restocking fee.
- All special order parts require full payment before orders can be placed.
- All parts availability is only valid at the time estimate is sent.
